Hello everybody, I get read timeout from smart card read by USB passthrough on Centos 6.4 VM with KVM virtualization. I am using KVM 1.2.0 and kernel 3.2.28 on Centos 5 host machine. On VM i have installed: kernel-2.6.32-358.el6.x86_64 libusb-0.1.12-23.el6.x86_64 libusb1-1.0.9-0.6.rc1.el6.x86_64 And for read smart card i use: pcsc-lite-1.8.8-1.el6.x86_64 pcsc-lite-ccid-1.4.9-1.el6.x86_64 When i change to XEN virtualization i can read smart card without problem. Does anyone know any issue with smart cards reading and USB pass-through with KVM.
