IOMMU and root drive on pci raid card

Hello everyone,

When i try to boot with IOMMU enable i got kernel panic saying
"unable to mount root fs on unknown-block (8,18)"
but kernel output show me my disk ...

if i disable IOMMU in bios or add amd_iommu=off in grub
i can boot without iommu.

i think it's probleme between IOMMU and PCI raid card
cause i found someone with the same probleme :
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2108012

my configuration is :
kernel gentoo-3.6.11
AMD FX 8150
Gigabyte 990FX-ud5
dell perc5 + savvio (pcie card using megaraid sas driver)
radeon HD 6950

do you have any clue about my probleme ?

Thanks,
Kazord
