I believe the target is qemu 1.3 for q35.  Debug is enabled by
uncommenting the DEVICE_ASSIGNMENT_DEBUG define in hw/kvm/pci-assign.c
(or hw/device-assignment.c on qemu-kvm in an older tree) and rebuilding.
