This changes the implementation of the ICP (presentation controller which is attached to each CPU) to operate based on an atomic update mechanism rather than mutexes. This is done to make it possible to implement large portions of it to work in "real mode" (ie. MMU off) in order to speed things up significantly on HV KVM.
