Credit-based scheduling in KVM?

Dear all,

I'm not an expert of KVM (nor a sys admin) so sorry for the possibly
trivial question.

For my research work I need a credit-based scheduling mechanism
similar to the one offered by Xen.

Is there a similar feature in KVM?

I've found some suggestions here:

http://forums.meulie.net/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=6436
http://serverfault.com/questions/324265/equivalent-of-xen-capping-in-kvm

but none of those are native to KVM.

Thank you very much for your help.

Best,
