[PATCH] KVM: change PT_FIRST_AVAIL_BITS_SHIFT to avoid conflict with EPT Dirty bit

EPT Dirty bit use bit 9 as Intel SDM definition, to avoid conflict, change
PT_FIRST_AVAIL_BITS_SHIFT to 10.
