From: Konstantin Weitz <WEITZKON@xxxxxxxxxx> This patch implements the directed yield hypercall found on other System z hypervisors. It delegates execution time to the virtual cpu specified in the instruction's parameter. Useful to avoid long spinlock waits in the guest.
