Hi Lucas,

I've improved those four patches and update it to my repo.
Please check the latest code from it if you want to review those patches :)
  git://github.com/kongove/autotest [master branch]
  Changes: 
     - compute the standard deviation of samples
     - ntttcp / netperf setup bug
     - bind numa node for ntttcp
     - sharp analysis functions
     - etc

regression.py and analysis.py also need to be improved,
current regression compare is not convenient.
I will send the v2 after resolving existed problem and
improving the Stability of result.
