qemu-kvm -help | grep bios

-smbios file=binary
-smbios type=0[,vendor=str][,version=str][,date=str][,release=%d.%d]
-smbios type=1[,manufacturer=str][,product=str][,version=str][,serial=str]

or if you're using libvirt
