In order to let tap can transmit packets to multiple sockets, the first step is to move all socket/sock related structures to tun_file. The reference between tap device and socket was setup during TUNSETIFF as usual. After this we can move towards the multi-queue support by allowing multiple files to be attached to a single tap device.
