Cloning Virtual Desktops

Hello all,

Am very interested to hear peoples experience of using linked clone images for VDI. I read a great article at http://www.undrground.org/node/108 and was wondering how memory and CPU allocation is handled. Are any pages shared between the images to reduce over overall memory consumption? ? Would I be able to take advantage of KSM (Kernel Samepage Merging) ? Bottom line is that I have a nice chunky 8 CPU server with 32GB RAM and need to get as many Windows desktops running on it as possible :)
