[PATCH v6 0/9] Steal time for KVM

Hi guys,

All ACKs being collected, I hope this can be merged.
Only patch 4/9 differs from the last submission. It merges
Marcelo's suggestions, so I didn't transposed the other ACKs to it
All the rest, is kept the same.
