Shouldn't it be possible to do something like:

CPUReadMemoryFunc *readfn[3];
CPUWriteMemoryFunc *writefn[3];
void *opaque;
} OldMemoryRegionOps;
That should allow old-style implementations to be converted without
introducing trampoline functions everywhere.
