Please try without -usb -device usb-tablet,id=input0.  That is known
to cause increased CPU utilization.  I notice that idr_lock is either
Infiniband or POSIX timers related:
drivers/infiniband/core/sa_query.c
kernel/posix-timers.c

-usb sets up a 1000 Hz timer for each VM.
