jd: A description of ConVirt would be nice.

Here's what I've figured out from the links:

It is a management tool for Xen, KVM, and others.  Written in Python
under the GPLv2 but developed as "open core" software (there's an
"open source" edition and an "enterprise" edition).  It talks to KVM
using the QEMU (human) monitor.
