Windows XP/2003 doesn't boot - Where is the fix for Fedora?

I've been watching this bug for a while now and I wonder why the Fedora-13 distro doesn't seem to get the patch mentioned in the following bug:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/qemu/+bug/586175 (see comment #29)

This apparently has been fixed for a while is other distros but for some reason Fedora has not been fixed. Any reason for that? I have the latest files installed and I can confirm the problem still exits after trying to install Win 2K Pro.
