Summary: savevm is extremely slow

Initial Comment:
In kvm-79, a 1.3MB snapshot has taken several minutes to savevm. In kvm-78 it was slightly faster taking only about one minute to savevm 2.4MB. It doesn't sound right to me.

Also, Michael Tokarev is reporting the same thing on the kvm mailing list.

A temporary workaround is to use -drive file=...,cache=writeback
