Use KVM_ASM_SAFE_FEP, not simply KVM_ASM_SAFE, for kvm_asm_safe_fep(), as
the non-FEP version doesn't force emulation (stating the obvious). Note,
there are currently no users of kvm_asm_safe_fep().
