I think the major undone dependency is the iommufd pasid series. We might
need to wait for it before merging this. :)

I aim to take them together, we should try to avoid adding unused code
to the kernel, I'd look to Alex to Ack this and we'd taken them all at
once.

got it. I'm addressing the comments came through in the past week to the
iommufd series. Also, there were some off-list discussion with Nic on
making the iommufd_attach_handle code out of the fault scope. I'll try to
send another version this week.
