PCI: addr
SCSI: scsi-id
ISA: serial/parallel = iobase, others??
ide-drive: unit
I2C: address

virtio-serial doesn't seem to make a DeviceState per port, so I think it
can be skipped.  I'm sure I'm still missing some...
