[PATCH v3 11/57] KVM: x86/pmu: Drop now-redundant refresh() during init()

Drop the manual kvm_pmu_refresh() from kvm_pmu_init() now that
kvm_arch_vcpu_create() performs the refresh via kvm_vcpu_after_set_cpuid().
