Ah no it's TCG - so it must be a recent regression.
Oh, stupid me, I just noticed that I had a "update CI to Fedora 39" patch
sitting in one of my branches that I had completely forgot about. So it was
failing with F39, while it still worked fine with F37 from the master
branch. Makes sense now, finally :-)
