[RFC PATCH 19/42] iommu/vt-d: Set bit PGSNP in PASIDTE if domain cache coherency is enforced

Set bit PGSNP (Page Snoop, bit 88) in PASIDTE when attaching device to a
domain whose cache coherency is enforced.
