Not many details, but JFYI: at least 0.12 still has issues (leads to silent data corruption) with block devices of size >= 1Tb. There were several such cases reported on #kvm@OFTC in last two months. Usually reducing the device size to something less than 1Tb solves that issue (i.e., stops new data corruption from happening).
