Would have caught it when actually testing it, I guess. :) It has to
be PMD_SIZE, possibly with

#ifdef CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE
BUILD_BUG_ON(HPAGE_PMD_SIZE != PMD_SIZE);
#endif

for extra safety.
