Yes, guest LBR can not be enabled in this case. Current code use guest DEBUGCTLMSR
trap both guest itself and kvm emulated lbr state, it is hard to distinguish the lbr is
disabled / enabled by guest itself or kvm emulation, I will add emulated_lbr_state
variable to track kvm LBR emulation in next version.
