[PATCH 05/22] exec/cpu: Call qemu_init_vcpu() once in cpu_common_realize()

qemu_init_vcpu() is called in each ${target}_cpu_realize() before
the call to parent_realize(), which is cpu_common_realizefn().
Call it once there.
