 It seems to appear randomly, so bisecting it would probably be
 difficult. Also, as far as I can tell it seems to be a recent
 regression (i.e. it was introduced in one of the 6.3.y releases).



So v6.2.y looks fine (doesn't have this regression)?

Yes, I didn't see this issue on v6.2.y.
