It's not yet official and Chris Wright will publish the dates but last we talked it was about asking for pretty simple abstracts (a paragraph or two, ~100-150 words) due by April 15, notification by May 7th.
Again, not official, probably because of admin needed to set up a site for the paper submission. So Chris will update us all officially, in the mean time, all can start working on their proposals.

I can find this blog(http://www.linux-kvm.com/content/kvm-forum-2010-scheduled-august-9-10-2010) but the blog only say about the date of the conference.
