Yes, just remove those lines and maybe write a comment in the commit message referring to this thread please. It won't cause any problems because in pKVM, these values are never set (initialized to zero). This means that a protected guest always needs to use spectre/meltdown mitigations, which could be a performance problem, but not a security one. This is still a bug of course, hence why I need to fix it.
