[PATCH 4/6] KVM: x86/xen: Simplify eventfd IOCTLs

Port number is validated in kvm_xen_setattr_evtchn().
Remove superfluous checks in kvm_xen_eventfd_assign() and
kvm_xen_eventfd_update().
