[PATCH RFC 6/8] KVM: x86/pmu: properly use INTEL_PMC_FIXED_RDPMC_BASE macro

Use macro INTEL_PMC_FIXED_RDPMC_BASE in the rdpmc context to
improve readability. No functional change intended.
