I think we should create a macro that extracts reg_num from reg->id for
all types, i.e.

 #define KVM_REG_NUM(id) ((id) & ~(KVM_REG_ARCH_MASK | KVM_REG_SIZE_MASK | KVM_REG_RISCV_TYPE_MASK))

and then we can use it throughout this file.
