[PATCH 01/12] KVM: selftests: Add X86_FEATURE_PAE and use it calc "fallback" MAXPHYADDR

Add X86_FEATURE_PAE and use it to guesstimate the MAXPHYADDR when the
MAXPHYADDR CPUID entry isn't supported.

No functional change intended.
