I don't think it's this simple. I think this needs to go hand in hand with kvm_arch_get_supported_msr_feature().

OK, I only generated this patch with update-linux-headers.sh and built
it with gcc. It seems clang requires some other adjustment. I'll have a
check. Thanks for pointing it out.
