[PATCH v2 08/10] KVM: selftests: Drop unnecessary rule for $(LIBKVM_OBJS)

Drop the "all: $(LIBKVM_OBJS)" rule. The KVM selftests already depend
on $(LIBKVM_OBJS), so there is no reason to have this rule.
