[RFC kvm-unit-tests 06/12] x86: AMD SEV-ES: Handle WBINVD #VC

Add Linux's sev_es_ghcb_hv_call helper to allow VMGEXIT from the #VC
handler, and handle SVM_EXIT_WBINVD using this.
