[PATCH 1/2] KVM-test: Add execute permission to qemu-ifup script

qemu-ifup is a script for setting network bridge.
If no execute permission, always face this problem:

autotest/client/tests/kvm/scripts/qemu-ifup: could not launch network script
Could not initialize device 'tap
