Hi Jean-Phillipe,

2 changes, so if you do end up doing a v2 I'd prefer the
factor out of kvm_arm_vcpu_power_off() + possibly introduced
kvm_arm_vcpu_is_off() using the old boolean.
Then the change in how you track the state will be a bit easier to
pick out.
