HV_X64_MSR_REENLIGHTENMENT_CONTROL/HV_X64_MSR_TSC_EMULATION_CONTROL/
HV_X64_MSR_TSC_EMULATION_STATUS are only available to guest when
HV_ACCESS_REENLIGHTENMENT bit is exposed.
