Similar to context_guest_enter_irqoff() ifdef CONFIG_VIRT_CPU_ACCOUNTING_GEN.

For the
ifdef CONFIG_VIRT_CPU_ACCOUNTING_GEN part
context_guest_enter_irqoff()
does not have instrumentation_begin/end.

Or did I miss anything.
