Summary: XP Guest, Karmic, Bluescreen c0000221 on boot

Initial Comment:
Bluescreen/reboot during boot up, right after XP logo screen appears. Screenshot attached.

Gparted boots, windows install cd boots.

Will boot into safe mode w/o networking but not with networking.

    *  what cpu model (examples: Intel Core Duo, Intel Core 2 Duo, AMD Opteron 2210). See /proc/cpuinfo if you're not sure.
