KVM supports the nested VM_{EXIT, ENTRY}_LOAD_IA32_PERF_GLOBAL_CTRL and VM_{ENTRY_LOAD, EXIT_CLEAR}_BNDCFGS, but they doesn't expose during the setup of nested VMX controls MSR.
