[PATCH-for-5.1? v2 1/2] qemu/osdep: Make QEMU_VMALLOC_ALIGN unsigned long

QEMU_VMALLOC_ALIGN is sometimes expanded to signed type,
other times to unsigned. Unify using unsigned.
