Hi,

Please help me with the creation of new Virtual m/c on Ubuntu 8.04.3
over KVM on top of 2.6.24-24-generic
 Kernel. This is a Dell m/c.
I am using Fedora 8 ISO image as the virtual OS.

Following is the error:

Unable to complete install '<class 'libvirt.libvirtError'>
virDomainCreateLinux() failed QEMU quit during console startup
bind() failed

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/share/virt-manager/

    dom = guest.start_install(False, meter = meter)
  File "/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/virtinst/Guest.py", line 820,

    return self._do_install(consolecb, meter)

    self.domain = self.conn.createLinux(install_xml, 0)

    if ret is None:raise libvirtError('virDomainCreateLinux() failed',
conn=self)

Appreciate any pointers :)
