Can't we glue all that stuff to CONFIG_PROTECTED_VIRTUALIZATION_GUEST and make in kconfig CONFIG_PROTECTED_VIRTUALIZATION_GUEST depend on CONFIG_KVM? IOW, I'd prefer to only have CONFIG_PROTECTED_VIRTUALIZATION_GUEST in !KVM code and enforce it via kconfig instead.
