Change the dependency for KVM_INTEL, i.e. KVM w/ VMX, from Intel CPUs to any CPU that has IA32_FEATURE_CONTROL MSR and thus VMX functionality. This effectively allows building KVM_INTEL for Centaur and Zhaoxin CPUs.
