Seems to be scripts/coccinelle/api/debugfs/debugfs_simple_attr.cocci.

//# Rationale: DEFINE_SIMPLE_ATTRIBUTE + debugfs_create_file()
//# imposes some significant overhead as compared to
//# DEFINE_DEBUGFS_ATTRIBUTE + debugfs_create_file_unsafe().
