Current situation regarding haltpoll driver is: overcommit group: haltpoll driver is not loaded by default, they are happy. non overcommit group: boots without "realtime hints" flag, loads haltpoll driver, happy. Situation with patch above: overcommit group: haltpoll driver is not loaded by default, they are happy. non overcommit group: boots without "realtime hints" flag, haltpoll driver cannot be loaded.
