            Bug ID: 201373
           Summary: QEMU/KVM broken in kernel-4.18.8-200.fc28.x86_64
           Product: Virtualization
           Version: unspecified
    Kernel Version: 4.18.8
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux
              Tree: Mainline
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P1
         Component: kvm
          Assignee: virtualization_kvm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
          Reporter: jfrieben@xxxxxxxxxxx
        Regression: No

The countermeasures against the L1TF vulnerability have broken KVM support
starting with 4.18.8. This issue has been fixed in 4.19-rc7, see:

"Sean Christopherson (2):
KVM: x86: fix L1TF's MMIO GFN calculation".

This correction is still missing from the 4.18.x branch. Please backport,
thanks!
